Privacy

No sign-up sheet here: Sides & Space keeps no member accounts, comment threads, mailing list, adverts or analytics, and leaves no cookies behind.

What is collected

• By Sides & Space: nothing. The guides are fixed pages, like a printed programme; nobody here counts who reads the cold-read guide or the lease checklist.
• By Cloudflare, our host: it keeps the request records every web server keeps (IP address, time, which guide was opened) to deliver pages and keep attacks out. Its address is printed in the legal notice.
• Fonts and scripts: no script is loaded at all, and the Archivo typeface is part of the site's own files, so no font service is contacted while you read.

Images

Rehearsal-room and stage photographs are kept with the guides themselves and shown from the same address, never pulled from another image host. Who took each one, and under what licence, is on the photo credits page.

Links to other sites

When a guide sends you to a union, a cooperative federation, an arts council or a tax agency, it is so you can read the rule at its source; their sites have privacy policies of their own.
